If you have a chronic condition you may be eligible for a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP). Maddy accept these referral plans, which allow you to access a Medicare rebate of $63.40 for up to 5 sessions in a year. There is still a gap to pay for sessions.

If you have a current eating disorder, you may be eligible for an Eating Disorder Treatment Plan (EDP). Maddy accepts these referral plans, which allow you to access a Medicare rebate of $63.40 for up to 20 sessions in a year. There is still a gap to pay for sessions. 

Maddy happily sees clients who are self-referred or recommended by word of mouth. You may be able to claim a rebate from private health if you have extras cover. Please check your level of cover. Maddy can process the rebate for you on the spot.

Unfortunately, Maddy only sees clients who are self-managed with their NDIS funds. Please let her know at the time of booking that you are self-managed. Appointments are to be paid in full, then a receipt will be provided to you for claiming through the NDIS.
